With indoor training becoming more popular than ever, the turbo training towel is a perfect accessory for your hard training sessions. 

During exercise, we sweat on average between 0.8 to 1.4 litres per hour. When you think that a small water bottle holds 0.6 litres, that is a lot of sweat! 

So whether you’re putting in the miles, interval training or if you are an indoor racing hero, this will keep you dry, and therefore cool, throughout your session.

One side of the towel is made from 100% microfibre, a hygienic and durable fibre that can hold up to seven times it’s own weight in moisture. The other side is 100% cotton, a breathable and hypoallergenic fibre that does not irritate the skin.
